Hearts and Hooves was so powerful for me. The cacao ceremony was calming. As always Sarabeth 's singing and drumming was transcental and soothing. The horses drew out so many unhealthy emotions. I can't say enough good things about the experience. I left feeling peace of heart and mind, which was my intention.
