Sara is very good to make sure that I felt comfortable and the pressure was okay. I have been a few times now and she is just fantastic! I get muscle spasms in my neck and back, and she was so in-touch -- I am not sure how to put it -- she seemed to understand what my muscles needed to relax. I always leave happy. I also like Sarabeth because there have been days when I talk with her the entire duration of the massage and there are times when I just don't want to talk much at all during the massage. Sarabeth is great for both situations. I never feel awkward or pushed into conversations.
