Hearts and Hooves was so powerful for me. The cacao ceremony was calming. As always Sarabeth 's singing and drumming was transcental and soothing. The horses drew out so many unhealthy emotions. I have been to a good number of sound healing sessions and have felt relaxed and calm afterwards. This is what I thought I was walking into in January with Sarabeth Sulio. What I experienced at Royal Hummingbird Sacred Healing Arts was very different, spiritual and deep.
